Cardio Box Toning for Adults and Tween's
This high energy class uses boxing equipment, cardio drills, and strength training in your own personal circuit. 50 min

Circuit Strength Interval
 Defy your cardio and strength limits and build your core strength usin TRX, bands, dumbbells, heavy ropes and more every workout is a new and different challenge 50 min

Core 30
Strenghten your core in our 30 minute abdominal workout.

Cross Conditioning
Basic drills and pylometric. pulse raising, heart pumping, athletic style conditioning! 50 min

Jump n Jab
Kick it up a notch with aerobic boxing drills and roping intervals! 50 min

Kettlebell Technique
Learn how and why the kettlebell will improve your strength and endurance.

Martial Mix
High energy drills, skills and raw enthusiasm for a total knockout workout

Total body workout that uses a variety of resistance equipment.

Fun for  tween aged  kids activities designed to keep them moving, build confidence , increase awareness and release tension all while having fun
