Meet The Pilates Instructors

Colleen Britton


Certified personal trainer and Group fitness instructor. Colleen has worked in the industry for over 17 years.  Specializing in Pilates, Yoga and Core Training. She also enjoys working   with women on strength training and osteoporis prevention and off set the progression there of, thru weight bearing exercise programs.  "I have worked with people of all ages and love seeing the improvement and empowerment of getting stronger and heathier through exercise and knowing I helped them progess on their way to a happier and healthier self."




Justin Neviackas


Justin Neviackas is a NASM certified Performance Enhancement Specialist and is trained by Stott Pilates on the Mat and Reformer. Justin is a self-proclaimed endurance exercise junkie who has completed five Iron Distance triathalons, a slew of marathons and ultra-marathons and in 2001, won the Odyssey Adventure Racing's Double Iron triathalon. Locally, he is an active member in many groups including the Cape Cod Athletic Club, the Hyannis Road Runners, and C4 Racing,. Justin also works at Hanlon's Shoes where he helps people stay healthy and keep moving.

 

 

Joanne Landy

Joanne Landy comes to us from Syracuse NY and is now pleased to call Cape Cod her full-time residence. She is a Stott certified Pilates instructor in both mat and reformer who has been active in the fitness industry for the last 10 years. In addition to her one-on- one reformer trainings and mat classes, Joanne is a certified spinning and group fitness instructor specializing in bosus, balls, and free weights. She has recently added kickboxing and TRX training to her toolbox and is very excited to add TRX private and semi-private training to the list of services she can provide to her clients.
